About

Graham has been taking photographs since he was 10 years old. Photography was, in the beginning, an extension to his hobbies such as walking, flying, climbing, sailing, etc but gradually the photography "took over" - the climb was no longer about climbing but about capturing images, sailing wasn't about sailing but again capturing images.

Being born and brought up in a rural environment Graham has always been close to nature, realising in his early life the natural beauty of the living landscape. Much of Graham's imagery is of the north west coast of Scotland, a rich diversity of landscape and habitat, sculpted through time by the forces of nature, images that "capture nature's light"

In the summer of 2007 Graham gained a National Diploma in Photography with a triple distinction at Blackpool and the Fylde College where he is currently studying for a BA(Hons) degree in Wildlife Photography.
